Accessibility Standards for Customer Service

ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

The Township of Chapple has updated their Accessibility Policy as required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The Township will provide all documents in alternate format when requested.
To request an alternate format, please contact the Municipal Office at (807) 487-2354, or email cao@chapple.on.ca.

The Township will also accept feedback on our Accessibility Policy and Services. Feedback is accepted in multiple formats including by phone, email, mail or TTY. If you require a different format, please contact the municipal office.

Annual Status Report completed.

We are looking for customer feedback to ensure municipal locations and services are accessible to everyone.

Please print off the Accessible Customer Service Feedback Form, fill out and drop it off at the Chapple Municipal Office to let us know how we have done!
