Accessibility Standards for Customer Service


The Township of Chapple has updated their Accesibility Policy as required under the Accesibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The Township will provide all documents in alternate format when requested.

The Township will also accept feedback on our Accessibility Policy and Services. Feedback is accpted in multiple formats including by phone, email, mail or TTY. If you require a different format, please contact the municipal office.

We are looking for customer feedback to ensure municipal locations and services are accessible to everyone.

Please print off the Accessible Customer Service Feedback Form, fill out and drop it off at the Chapple Municipal Office to let us know how we have done!
